- Do exercise daily. But avoid same workout per day.
- If possible then try bicycling.
- Do not take your car if you are just a few blocks from home, using the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Eat high-calorie foods and high-protein foods.
- You should eat less as day gets later.
- Eat foods high in natural nutrients. Eating organic is best.
